Direct Care Professionals and ISS Associates - work directly with clients. You will build healthy relationships with these clients, assist them with living skills, and ensure they are kept safe, clean, and comfortable throughout your shift.
Home Manager - An individual that ensures the flow of day to day operations within group home. They work on budgeting and shopping for grocery, and supply, scheduling staff, filling in when necessary, and other activities that include maintaining the homes for the clients.
ISS Manager / Lead - Two individuals responsible for ensuring the flow of the ISS Center is smooth. Works with admin to ensure proper scheduling of ISS activities, and supplies are available when necessary. These staff maintains the integrity of ISS by implementing client specific activities that improve and furthers retention of skills.
Case Management / Quality Assurance - These roles includes working with the many moving parts of our business that maintains the health and other faculties of our business, allowing our clients to remain safe and healthy. This focuses mostly on client meetings, scheduling appointments / therapies, and other interactions that help our clients.
Program Management - These roles include creating, developing, and maintaining processes and operations that allow the program to function. This includes but is not limited Human Resources, Billing & Audit, Housing & Maintenance, Community Engagement Planning, Emergency Safety & Preparedness.
